This is a 1994 Gretsch Penguin model 6134 in exceptionally fine condition, with serial number 941134-51.  We understand that this is the first year these were reissued.  It is in exceptionally fine condition, and comes in its original Gretsch case.  This guitar is a reissue of the famous late 1950's Penguin of which there was perhaps as few as 20 ever built.  It has red rhinestone pointers mounted in the gold knobs, which also sports pearl inlayed dots.  Also, these guitars have the famous gold sparkle body bindings and headstock inlay, and the little Penguin on the pickguard.  But, the gold cadillac 'G' tailpiece really sets it off...  And the engraved fingerboard inlays are superb.  This fine Gretsch only weighs 8 pounds, 1.8 ounces... a very moderate weight that's easy to hold across your shoulder for long gigs.  The neck is straight, the frets show no wear, and the string action is low.  It plays like butter and sounds great.
