this is an amazing sounding jumbo with the tight focused sound you want .It has rosewood back&sides with a straight grain top For you pickers that know about the old made in japan takemine guitars you know the great ones are just that.T he qualities to look for that only a few have are great sustain on chords all the way up the neck ,and to be able to play in any open key with equel sound quality. this one has that quality.these are well made accoustic guitars equel to gibson ,guild, gretsch. If you are looking for a jumbo you will not be disapointed this guitar has a nice fast neck more like a j200 then a guild with very low action and not much fret wear .Makes a nice fingerpicker too. I do not have a case but will pack well. I know someone is going to ask why I am selling . answer I just bought a 62' j200 which yes is a better sounding guitar thanks john p.s. guitar has no cracks, repairs or issues the neck is straight
