1960 Gretsch 6125 Anniversary Model

Gorgeous Gretsch Anniversary Model hollow body guitar.  This is the real deal.  It is an earlier, 1960 model equipped with a FilterTron humbucker in the neck position, the famous trestle bracing (one of the last to include these braces), and that beautiful smoked green 2 tone finish.  It is in excellent shape, with only a few minor scuffs and nicks here and there, and some very faint honest paint rubbing on the top.  One tuner has been replaced, but all are working nicely and the guitar holds a solid tuning.  It works perfectly and sounds truly beautiful.  The volume and pickup switch are both functioning perfectly and the output is clean and strong.  It comes in it's original Gretsch case, and even still has it's Fred Gretsch Co. cleaning cloth.  This is an AWESOME playable classic just begging to be shown off.  It has been played a little around the shop, but has mainly been kept perfectly safe in it's case.  You won't see a Gretsch Anniversary finish much better than this anywhere.  It even looks better (IMHO) than the Tenor Annie on this copy of Vintage Guitar.  In the interest of full disclosure, a Gretsch guru from Vintage Guitar just emailed me to advise that the tailpiece on this guitar is a couple of years newer than the guitar itself, so it is a possible replacement.
