The Gretsch G5438 Pro Jet is a fantastic single cutaway design. Its chambered body made of basswood fitted with an arched maple top guarantees for the typical Gretsch sound. The neck is maple and the fretboard is made from rosewood. A pair of Black Top FilterTron pickups is controlled by a 3-way toggle switch. The hardware is chrome and includes an anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge by Gretsch.

Insurance Claims Procedures

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or not at all, please contact Island Music Company as soon as possible to initiate the claims process. Please be aware that Island Music Company is not at fault for lost or damaged packages. Insurance claims are to be paid by the shipping company since the package was lost or damaged while in their care.

Returns

We operate a 14-day return period. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as all included items. Items that are not returned in original, resalable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items only if the item is clearly used and or the packing is tarnished. A %5 re-stock is more likely if the unit comes back in mint condition. The ship cost we paid UPS/USPS to ship your item will be deducted as well. In some cases restock fee's and ship costs can be applied as a store credit.

We will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 14-day period. If your purchase is incompatible with your setup, or you simply do not like your purchase, we will exchange for an alternative item or store credit, less shipping fees (including those which may have been incurred on “free shipping” items).

Items that can not be returned include: software, units with contents or packaging that is damaged/missing, and items that are considered for personal use (such as earphones, headphones, microphones, instrument mouthpieces, or other items that you wouldn't want to purchase if someone else had previously used them). this is a 1964 Gretsch Anniversary with gig bag.Had a headstock repair at some point but is nice and solid;i played this guitar on gigs every week for the last 6 month.The only original parts on the guitar are the tuning pegs and pickguard.evrything else is new.The body and neck joint are sound no cracks on body.never needed a neck reset;this is one of the good ones that the neck is solid into the body.the previous owner had a es 335 Bigsby on it(wrong!!) so it had a few extra pin holes that had been filled.I got it set up with new Gretsch Filtertrons,1 Vol. and 1 tone and a toggle switch.new jumbo frets.It sound amazing,and i am an idiot to let this one go but either that or i have to let the back take my car so here she goes;i know i am going to regret it.Stays in tune very good.Sale is final,no returnd or refunds;selling as is no lowball offers.note:i was going to keep this guitar but i can`t,bills are pilling up.i am drowning.need to sell...
