Up for auction is a Gretsch G6122-1962 model guitar. It was made in Japan and is in very good condition. I have set the reserve very low but I have this guitar for sale locally. If reserve is met I will not sell so bid early.
If you're looking at this auction you know all the features and what this sounds like. Although not pictured, the paperwork/hang tags are all included.
The serial number of the guitar is 029122620128x (the 'x' being a digit).
As far as condition goes, I would call this very good. There are no major dings or anything worth mentioning. Some of the gold has tarnished (as happens) but nothing serious. Some people
are very, very picky and I'm sure if you held this in the light and moved it around you would find some flaws. It has been lightly played and kept in a case. Honestly, it's probably as nice
as 90% of what's hanging at Guitar Center. Sounds great, plays great with original Gretsch case.
