Gretsch Guitars

This is a very rare reissue of the Gretsch Axe that was made in limited quantity for the Music Zoo in New York. They are extremely rare and hard to come by, especially in this condition. This particular one has only a few hours of playtime (no more then 2 hours plugged in!) on it and has been kept in its' original case since purchasing. There are a few light scratches on the back, but is absolutely MINT aside from that. This guitar is a reissue of the cult classic guitar made for a very short time in the late 70's. Features custom wound pickups for warm fat neck tone and powerful yet crystal clean treble tone. Binding makes this one of a kind guitar really stand out, its 6120 sized body is very thin making it a perfect transition from a 6120 or ES guitar to a solid body electric. The over sized body sustains for what feels like a lifetime and is double binded- the bright white binding sets off the beautiful Walnut finish, binded on the front and back of the body as well as up the fretboard and around the headstock. Features the infamous "Dice" inlays over a ebony fingerboard and top of the line tuners and electronics. This is as remarkable to play and hear as it is to look at!
