Hi there! I am selling this one owner, Gretsch Chet Atkins Tennessee Rose guitar to raise some cash for my new baby on the way. This guitar was bought BRAND NEW in late 2009 and has barely been used. It has NEVER been around smoke of any kind. The action is AMAZING. It practically plays itself.  Also, unlike some Gretsch models, the F-holes on this guitar ARE REAL and are NOT painted on.  I don't know why, but Gretsch has some models where the f-holes are just for looks and are just painted onto the top.  THIS guitar has beautiful cut f-holes with binding in them. This guitar will do pretty much ANY SOUND you want.
