Gretsch Clipper Vintage 60's Guitar w/ Gig Bag and Extras. This guitar is from the 60's, I was told it is probably a '65 according to the serial numbers, but I am not positive of the date. The guitar has had some professional modifications at some point. It was originally a single pickup guitar. There has been an added second pickup and both of them are humbuckers. They also added a selector switch and a coil tap switch. the nut was also changed to a brass nut. The machine heads are Grovers. Everything else is original, the G Gretsch knobs, the bridge, the Bigsby, the pickguard, the frets, the Nitro finish complete with checking here and there. I tried to photograph the checking, the dings, the chips, etc. so you can see the flaws. It is a true relic. The guitar is solid, no breaks or repairs. The guitar plays great, stays in tune and is very versatile with the pickups and switches.
The guitar will be shipped in a gig bag with a vintage leather strap and a new set of strings.
