Great Gretsch guitar. This guitar is all there. Not a visible mark on it that I can see. Plays great and sounds great. This is a nice dark orange reddish brownish color. Not the orange that most of these show up like. It comes with the original hardshell case. This is your chance to get an unplayed Gretsch G5120 for a song.

It is crafted with a laminated maple body, 24-3/4" rosewood fretboard on maple neck, and sweet Gretsch appointments like G-Arrow knobs, Bigsby® B60 vibrato tailpiece, and knurled strap knobs.

Purchasing a guitar should be an exciting and fun experience. It’s my goal to make sure every aspect of the experience meets or exceeds your expectations and that you receive a top quality instrument for a working musicians budget. Here is what I believe sets Fine Fretted Friends apart from the competition:

Honesty - Unless otherwise noted, all images in my listings are of the actual item for sale. When imperfections are discovered, pictures are taken and included with the listing.

Quality - Every instrument is inspected upon arrival, and re-inspected prior to shipment to the customer. (This means that I like to play the guitar one last time). I do not stock or sell items I would not enjoy owning myself.

Value – All items have been personally and carefully reviewed by me. Some guitars are new, some are previously owned, and some are 2nds or blemishes. All auctions will clearly define which the condition. All guitars are top quality and playable that I would be proud to own myself.

FINE PRINT:

All Fine Fretted Friends products are items that I would personally use. Many I have used. All guitars have been tested and played and closely inspected by me. I will try to report any and all issues with these guitars. I care about every customer and because of that I care about each guitar. You can be sure that what is listed will accurately describe each guitar. I will include pictures of the actual items being sold. My desire is to make your guitar purchasing experience a joyful one.

Many of my guitars carry the "used" stamp required by all manufacturers before releasing any guitar for resale.  Others are previously owned but carefully taken care of. Some are new. I will identify each carefully in the listing.

Instruments that are stamped “used” were purchased directly from an authorized refurbishing center, who purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Though listed as a "used" item it is actually like new! Many of their instruments come to them as discontinued or overstocked items. Some may be a slightly different color than the intended color. Some just need a proper setup. None are previously owned. If there is any item not functioning properly the refurbish center has a dozen authorized luthiers who make the adjustments.

The reason these instruments are listed this way is to avoid fraudulent warranty claims. The refurbishing centers, and our store, are required by the manufacturers to label them as used. These centers test, check and fix any minor flaws that might have been incurred during the manufacturing of the instrument. They make sure the instrument is in top playing condition before shipping it out. We also personally inspect each instrument before listing it and again before shipping it.

Everything that leaves our store is in working order (unless otherwise stated). There is rarely ever a noticeable flaw in these items to qualify them as used and when there is, we will always note it in the item description and provide clear photos.

As a reconditioned item, the factory warranty is no longer valid (unless where noted otherwise in the listing). This is standard practice for refurbished and reconditioned items.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We require payment within 72 hours of purchase and/or auction close via PayPal. Please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase or cannot pay for this item because someone else will. It costs a lot of money when items are bought and not paid for. Please do not bid on our guitars if you cannot abide by the payment policy.

Fine Fretted Friends reserves the right to restrict the sale of this item to buyers with Confirmed PayPal Addresses. If the address you have registered with PayPal is not Confirmed, please contact me prior to bidding. Most of our products are for sale locally as well and the auction may need to be cancelled at any time.

Also sales are restricted to the continental US only to bidders with at least 10 positive feedbacks.

SHIPPING POLICY:

I will make every effort to ship the item within 5 days of purchase. This is just me selling guitars and scheduling sometimes causes a day or two delay. This item will ship exactly as stated in the eBay listing.  I will email you the tracking number the same day the guitar goes out. SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY.  If you would like shipping somewhere else please inquire BEFORE placing your bid.

I package all items very carefully. I pay for insurance and for signature required delivery as well as for heavy duty quality boxing- I go the extra mile to make sure your guitar arrives perfectly!

RETURN POLICY:

I only sell guitars I would like to own myself.  I stand behind what I sell and will accept a return conditionally. All returns must be approved by Fine Fretted Friends within 72 hours of receipt. If you are still not satisfied contact me to authorize a return for full refund less shipping provided the guitar is returned insured, in the same packaging you received it in, and packed for return just as you received it. Instruments that have been altered or tampered with in any way cannot be returned- sorry!  

Shipping includes double boxing, ample padding, and insurance. If you do not do this or the item has been tampered with the return policy is not valid. All refunds will be given after we inspect and verify the instrument in its original condition.

If you wish to return your instrument after the 72 hours due to some unforeseen reason you will be charged a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of Fine Fretted Friends based on the discussion between the seller and buyer. If the item is returned due to something that is out of our control, .i.e. you changed your mind, failed to read the entire ad and/or details, etc., you will be charged the restocking fee.  We will refund any shipping cost to or from the buyer; UNLESS it is deemed to have a restocking fee applied to the return. In that case the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping.

Ohio residents will be charged a 6 3/4% sales tax.
