Fat Tone Guitars offers a 7 day return policy on all new items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for return authorization. All returns must be received by Fat Tone Guitars within 30 days of purchase. Please remember that all returns must be in NEW condition, with all original packing materials, manuals, paperwork, etc. Returns are accepted for full store credit or refund minus our original shipping costs. Any return that doesn't adhere to these requirements will be subject to refusal or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
