Gretsch Guitars

Up for auction now is my Gretsch G6120-1959LTV Chet Atkins 6120 electric guitar.  This guitar was made in 2007 and comes with the original Gretsch hardshell case and all the Gretsch paraphernalia and case candy. 

LTV:  "laquer TV," as in laquer (not urethane) finish and TV Jones filtertron pickups. 

These guitars retail for $4075 and sell at discount houses for $2850.  Here's a chance to get a real deal.

There are no playing issues, and the guitar has been well cared for.  No funny smells.  No significant playing wear.  Frets look 100%.  A change in my life prompts this sale. 

The guitar's condition would be near mint, except for one ding on the side of the guitar, near the Bigsby tailpiece and strap knob.  You can see it in picture number 8.  A silly ding, sorry!  My fault.  Anyway, as it is a laquer finish, it should be no problem to touch up or fix.  But I simply overlooked it.  Obviously it does not affect the playing and is not visible while playing.  If you can overlook this fault for now, you can have yourself a great guitar for well under the going price.

Sale is USA only.  I will only ship to a USA address and accept only US dollars. 

Shipping will be $50 flat rate to the continental US.  Alaska and Hawaii will be more, but you pay only what I have to pay.

I usually ship FEDEX ground.  If you want UPS or another shipper, you will have to pay more, but again you pay only what I have to pay. 

Payment is by paypal; I will also accept checks, but nothing is shipped until I am sure payment is cleared (and not before.)  If you want the guitar shipped asap, use paypal.
