Aloha, everyone!  Thank you for your interest in our Gretsch G6196 Country Club Guitar!!!  This guitar is in excellent condition and has seen little use.  We are the original owners and have taken  meticulous care of it.  The guitar has been  kept securely in its factory case, in a smoke-free, environmentally-controlled room.

The G6196 Country Club is a classic among  Gretsch guitars.  The G6196 Country Club is one of the few Gretsch guitars  to feature a solid spruce top, instead of the typical  laminated maple top.  Additional features include a single-cutaway bound hollow body; parallel tone bar bracing; oversized single-bound F holes; Dynasonic single-coil pickups; Grover Imperial gold-plated tuners;  Gretsch gold-plated G-Cutout Tailpiece; and, of course, the classic Gretsch Cadillac Green finish.

News flash!!!  Gretsch has discontinued production of the G6196 Country Club in Cadillac Green finish  with the Gretsch G-Cutout Tailpiece.  So, until Gretsch resumes production, what's out there all there is going to be.

This G6196 Country Club  was made in 2007 at the premier Terada factory.  As a major bonus, the guitar has been upgraded with a Tru-Arc Brass Bridge on an ebony  bass.  The original Gretsch Synchro-Sonic Bridge and base will be included with the guitar.  The guitar is in excellent condition, with very minor signs of use on the back.  The guitar  comes complete with the factory case, hang-tag, Gretsch Guarantee Certificate, instructions, warranty card, Gretsch Guitar Guide, and the included-when-new issue of the Gretsch House Telegram newsletter.

The Tru-Arc Brass Bridge is a significant upgrade for all Gretsch and many other guitar brands.  Tru-Arc Bridges are of premium construction and are radiused to exactly match the guitar's fretboard.  The result is an incredibly playable action, improved intonation, and significantly enhanced tone & sustain.  Tru-Arc Bridges have become the de facto upgrade for Gretsch guitars played by the pros -  Brian Setzer, Duane Eddy, Craig Dobbins, Bobby Gibson, and many others.  The Tru-Arc Brass Bridge, in particular, has proven to be a favorite.

International Buyers:  If you are outside the USA, please contact us for shipping details - before bidding or purchasing.  Due to size and weight restrictions, shipping to some countries may be prohibitively expensive or not available at all.  All customs fees & import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping:  Within the USA, $85 by Express Mail.  Outside the USA, $155 by USPS Express Mail International or Priority Mail International - if available to your country.  If a different shipping method is desired or necessary, buyer pays actual cost of shipping and insurance.

Packaging:  The guitar will be meticulously packaged.  The strings will be loosened and all items will be well-secured.  The guitar & case will be shipped in a box designed for shipping guitars and well-protected with appropriate packing material.  We package very well!

Return Policy:  We warranty this item to arrive as described solely to buyers within the USA.  Authorization required prior to return.  Insured, return shipping by USPS Express Mail to be paid by the buyer.  We will issue a refund only after receipt and satisfactory inspection of the item.  Apart from this, no other warranties apply nor returns allowed.  No returns on shipments outside the USA.
