I bought this guitar from the original owner, not quite two years ago. Him and I both have treated it the same way...take it out of the case, carefully play it, and put it back in the case. This is one of those Gretsches that's used, but you can barely tell. So many people buy these, but are afraid to scratch it, ding it, or put any wear on it. I love playing this, but I did my best to keep it as perfect as possible. When I bought it, I ordered a Gretsch Gold V-Cut Bigsby for it. But, I liked the Cadillac tailpiece so much, I never installed the Bigsby. It's new and is included with the auction. It cost $200 new. The photos simply don't do it justice. The finish is incredible, all of the gold is polished and shiny, no fret wear. Just put new strings on it, and it looks, feels, plays and sounds like an absolute dream. This guitar just doesn't get played. I have a Nashville several years older than this one, that has the same bridge, tuners, everything. And it's my Gretsch that has scratches and wear on it. So, I just need to let this one go to a new home. Even the OHSC is immaculate. Used, so as is. But, hard to tell it's used. Please give it a home and play it. Email with any questions. Buyer to pay by Paypal, mo or check, plus $50 for well-packed, insured shipping in the lower 48 U.S. states. Buy It Now and I'll pay shipping. Selling in U.S. only.
