Up for sale is my 2008 Paul Reed Smith Singlecut Hollowbody Standard electric guitar. I am the original owner of this guitar. The Singlecut Hollowbody Standard is a discontinued model and this one is a "one-off" making it even more rare and desirable. (Please note the "Gen"-Hollowbody designation on the hangtag-the use of the term"Gen" is how PRS identified one-off guitars on the bar code feature on the tag and the case). It features a "platinum burst" finish which was was never offered on this model. Furthermore it came with factory stock "Starla" pickups which are PRS' take on classic Gretsch Filtertron pickups-if you want that sound in a modern feeling hollowbody guitar this is it-bright, jangly and powerful! Also has coil-tap on the tone pickup to split the pickups for single coil tones. Standard features of this model include hollow mahogany body construction(the Singlecut Hollowbody Standard was the ONLY PRS hollowbody with all mahogany construction), 22 fret wide/fat neck, wrap around stop-tailpiece, moon "dot" inlays on rosewood fingerboard, phase 2 locking tuners. Guitar is in excellent shape-the only minor cosmetic flaw I could find is one small scratch near the lower bout of the body and I have included a picture of it. Comes with original form-fit hardshell case and original paperwork and "case candy". You won't find another one like this because this is the ONLY ONE like it PRS ever made.
