• Frets are LARGE WIRE but had a polish/silk treatment
  so fingers slide across easier.

• YES ITS AS neat as it looks.
• I have never played this out without
someone freaking out over the simple solution to a very one of a kind tone.

If you think its AMAZING LOOKING,
Remember that I wanted to make a player in deep dark purple,
but the finish guy hand rubbed a special mix of trans/opaque to get this amazing finish.

and the tone is 2X AS ORIGINAL as finish.

This was a 64 hours.
I tracked the time by all parties for this custom project.

we passed on A few Humbuckers til my assistant
found this one that was Hot but rich tone.

The Gretcsh Filtertron is a heck of a pairing-
it's real go to guitar.  Neck is designed to classic SG Feel.

I read that the tone is better from these  SG bodies
when you use no primer.
so finish was applied with no primer allowing
a better tone for sure.
