Posted March 11, 2010 by in | No comments yet

Description:

The Gretsch Rancher has long been a favorite jumbo acoustic since its introduction in the 1950's. Now Rancher playability and full-bodied tone are available in two 12-string models. This cutaway model features a pickup and built-in preamp. In 1993, the Gretsch Rancher celebrated its 40th birthday. With its genesis in the 1930's Synchromatics, the Rancher name was coined in 1953 due to its popularity with country and western music. Joining the standard six string guitars, two models of the Rancher twelve string are now available. In addition to the cutaway instrument shown, the model G6022/12 is a non-cutaway model without electronics.
