  Vintage Teisco ET-440 Electric Guitar made in Japan.All original & nicely preserved rare royal blue finish. 

Nicely preserved from 1968.Has its share of nicks,dings & scratches.About a 7 on a 10 scale.One 1/2"X3/4" paint chip bottom back edge bass side exposes dark reddish wood(mahogany?)This guitar features a maple laminate bolt on 22 fret neck
with a rosewood fingerboard and pearl rectangle fret markers.3/4 scale neck(24.75" from bridge to zero fret).38.5" total length."D" radius neck is 1 11/16" at top nut.Very nice low playable action(1/8"@12th fret bottom E)w/near perfect neck angle. 4 pickup configuration. 3 way switch;rhythm, bass, and solo settings. Each of the adjustable pickups
is labeled Bass, Treble, and Spectrum.The labels are stickers & have some picking & age wear but are mostly readable.Four pick-up on/off chrome switches are nicely preserved & very cool.HD chrome roller  bridge(have seen this style on Moserites & other highly prized vintage guitars) w/built in & fully functional mute/damper.Massive tremolo bar mechanism/plate is recessed in the solid wood body.Chrome trem bar has some lite age pocking.Raised top.Teisco was a pro company & this is their top of the line.There is so much beautiful detail work on this guitar.Zero fret,mahogany veneer headstock,MOP? rectangle receeding neck inlays,gorgeous floral pick-guard etc.It plays very fast & has unlimited sonic qualities from the 4 adjustable pick-ups.Pick-ups are attached to the pick-guard w/2 adjustment screws each.All the electronics work as they should.3 way switch is pretty cool.Adjustable truss rod is fully functional at the bottom of the neck w/easy access screwdriver control.Body is 1.5" deep & 12.5" at bottom bout.Frets are mostly unplayed w/very lite wear & lots of life in them.
