Item Description:

Here is a vintage Gretsch"Sherwood Master" archtop guitar from approx the 50's period,maybe a bit older. It is stamped inside "Gretsch Super Structure". It comes with the vintage Brown hardshell case. The guitar can use some work as you can see there is some chipping on the finish mainly by the headstock and butt of the guitar. The action is a bit high and can maybe use a heat press or reset. There is 2 smaller pieces of binding on the neck needing to be replaced. I think overall in my opinion it is a very cool old guitar made by one of the giants and in the right hands a great old piece after some fixin and restoration. On the other hand some of you may not mind the finish issues. Hardshell case is the nice old qulaity vintage cases seen on many of the upper grade guitars. It shows wear but protect the guitar well too. The rear hinges were replaced at one time. I am not an expert and cannot give you every single detail that it may need but you are more than welcome to request and inhand description and I can go over every nic or scratch. I am pricing the guitar very reasonable for what it is. We cannot guarantee our opinions so please ask first bid second and if you are really interested in the fine details please contact us. • Please add 45.00 for shipping in the continental US, insurance extra.
  
• We buy our boxes to fit most items, we buy bubble wrap, tape, shipping peanuts and hired personnel to insure your item will be processed as soon as possible. This is FREE to YOU! 
  
• Our shipping record is 99.9% damage free, for the last 10 years, the 1% was due to an item that was in a UPS train wreck.
  
• We do all our shipping on the first come first serve bases and process our packages as soon as we can DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. If you need your package rushed then you must contact us for special arrangements.
