Description: 1978 Gretsch 7680 Super Axe electric guitar finished in trans orange.

Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition for its age & very clean with only minor nicks & dings.

Neck:
Two-piece maple neck with nicely aged, cream-colored binding &
black side-dot markers. Ebony fingerboard with pearloid square inlays.
Frets are in good shape overall with some light wear & still plenty
of life left in them. Bound headstock with inlaid Gretsch logo.
Chrome Grover tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width;
24 1/2" scale length.

Body: Maple body with bound top
& back. Bigsby/Gretsch tremolo tailpiece with adjustable chrome
bridge. Silver pickguard with Gretsch logo.

Pickups: Dual DiMarzio
humbuckers with chrome covers & black bezels. 3-way toggle switch.  Black control panel with
on-board effects powered by a single 9-volt battery. Master volume
& tone. Phaser with Blend & Rate controls; Compressor with
Sustain control. All effects are in perfect working condition.

Set Up: Professionally set up by our guitar tech & strung with brand new Ernie Ball .10-.46 gauge Slinkys.

Playability / Sound: Nice, low action; smooth playing neck; gorgeous humbucker tones & cool effects!

Case: Brand new Gretsch hardshell case included.
